interactive customisation
We offer an interactive customisation service with 2 options to choose from:
~You can choose a pendant, ring or charm from out selection of sterling silver blanks and give us a word, date or symbol you would like stamped onto it.
We will take it away with us, stamp, finish and arrange for you to collect or for it to be couriered.
~ Or you can have a go at stamping it yourself, guided by our inhouse silversmith. We will then finish it beautifully and arrange to collection or delivery.
Either option will result in a very special gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself
Children are more than welcome to take part, however we would advice this is not suitable for small children, and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and adult.

Ring re-sizing
Using ring resizing equipment we can either increase or reduce the size of
your ring whilst you wait.
please bear in mind that we can only increase or reduce by a couple of sizes and would not be able to resize a stone set ring (these require specialist equipment).
for rings that cannot be altered using our equipment, it may be possible for our silversmith to re-size by hand. as this requires more work, we would need to take it away with us & arrange for you to collect it at a later date.
currently We only resize silver rings.
On occasion the process may leave marks on the ring which we would need to polish out - this will be done free of charge but the ring would need to be taken away with us.
Cost: £25.00
repairs
It may be possible to carry out simple repairs whilst you wait however in the case of more complicated or time consuming repairs we would need to take the piece away with us and arrange for you to collect at a later date.
If we are unable to carry out the repair we would be happy to recommend another highly skilled silversmith who may be able to help.
Cost: Price will be quoted once we have inspected the piece.
please note - we can only carry out repairs on solid silver sterling jewellery. it is the responsibility of the customer to know what metal their jewellery is made from.
free jewellery cleaning
We love polishing here at TPS , in fact we love it so much we will give the jewellery you are wearing a free spruce-up whilst you wait.
No purchase is necessary but we do limit this service to a couple of pieces per customer.
if you have a piece of jewellery that needs more than a spruce-up then we do offer a full professional cleaning & polishing service. Please ask us for more information.
ring removal
Using a specialised cutting tool we can remove rings that have become too tight on the finger making it impossible for the wearer to take off.
please note the ring will be cut and may not be repairable.
If you have any injuries to the finger we will not be able to carry out the ring cutting and would advise seeking medical treatment.
This service is free when you come to us.
